Perishable goods cannot be returned. As our products are perishable goods, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchases.
As we do not accept returned goods, we are also unfortunately unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased from Ulu Hye that are returned.
Ulu Hye is not liable for any loss of goods by Sendle (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for product that does not arrive, Ulu Hye may issue a discretionary refund. In those cases, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
