How to make Ulu Hye's

White Chocolate Fudge

Whether you love it or hate it, Christmas in July is the perfect excuse for us to whip up our favourite festive treat, White Chocolate Fudge. Featuring our popular homemade condensed milk, made using our Almond Mylk Base, this is a sweet and satisfying treat that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 300g white chocolate (we used 4 blocks of Loving Earth Mylk Chocolate)
  • 300g condensed milk (coconut or almond, recipe here)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 cup cranberries

Steps

Roughly chop chocolate and place in a pot along with the condensed milk and heat on low until warmed through and chocolate has melted.

Remove from heat, mix in pistachios and cranberries and pour into a baking paper lined tray.

Refrigerate for a few hours until hard to touch.

Slice up and enjoy!

Note: Keep refrigerated for 4-5 days
