Vegan Mango Ice-cream

Mango season on its way out and we are clutching on to the last moments of mangoes…and summer! This vegan mango ice-cream recipe is creamy, dreamy and incredibly easy to make!

Mangoes are sweet enough, so you really don’t need to add any additional sweetener; making this vegan mango ice-cream one healthy bowl of delicious goodness.

If you’re obsessed with mangoes like we are, then you may buy them by the tray. So, grab a few of those bad boys, chop them up and put them in the freezer to get ready for this delightful ice-cream recipe.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

Steps

Depending on your blender, you may need to double the ingredients so that it blends well (you can always freeze left overs and reblend)

Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until you have a smooth velvety texture

Pour into a serving bowl

Consume as is or sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top
