Vegan Keto Choc-Avocado Mousse

We always thought that vegan and keto couldn’t go in the same sentence. Well, we were wrong! This vegan keto choc-avocado mousse is the perfect vegan, keto friendly treat and couldn’t be easier to make!

To make, it’s simply a matter of throwing the ingredients into your blender and and whizzing until smooth and creamy.

We chose to add stevia drops to sweeten this mousse. It contains next to no calories and doesn’t effect blood glucose levels like other sweeteners. It’s a keto-dieters best friend, but also protective against diabetes, and high cholesterol!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados,
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract,
  • 1/4 C cacao,
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut milk,
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Steps

In your blender, combine avocados, vanilla, cacao, hazelnut milk and stevia

Blend on high until smooth and creamy

Eat immediately, or refrigerate so it's nice and cold 😋
