How to make Ulu Hye's

Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

Overnight oats – quite possibly the handiest breakfast of the 21st century! To celebrate our limited edition Strawberry Mylk Base we’ve got a delightful recipe of strawberries & cream overnight oats ?

You don’t need much for this recipe:
1 jar Strawberry Mylk Base
rolled oats
hemp and chia seeds
fresh strawberries
yogurt
vanilla & sweetener of your choice (we are going with maple syrup)

If you’re like us and constantly on the go, then overnight oats are your new best friend. The flavour options are utterly endless. We went with strawberries & cream overnight oats because, yum.

Little hack: our Mylk Base jars are the perfect size for overnight oats. So, hang on to your old jars!

Ingredients

  • 1 C rolled oats
  • 1 C strawberry milk (made using Ulu Hye Strawberry Mylk Base)
  • 1/2 C yogurt of your choice (we went with Coyo Organic Yogurt)
  • 1 C fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • maple syrup

Steps

In a small bowl combine oats, milk, vanilla and maple syrup and pop in the fridge overnight (or minimum 4 hours)

When ready to serve grab 2 jars, bowls or containers (old Mylk Base jars are perfect for this) and start layering your overnight oats. Start with the oats, then a few tablespoons of yogurt, strawberries, then oats again, yogurt, strawberries and finally top with oats and strawberries

Eat straight away or pop a lid on a take with you to work!
