How to make Ulu Hye's

Overnight Weetbix

You can’t go wrong with Overnight Weetbix – full of goodness, easy to make and most importantly, super yummy, it’s the perfect option for brekky on-the-go and only takes 5 minutes to prep!

A big thanks to our friend Karina from @cleaneats_breakfasttreats for sharing her recipe with us below. And the best part? Our original jars are the perfect size for this recipe, so put them to good use.


  • 2-3 gluten-free Weetbix crushed
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein
  • 2/3 cup chocolate almond milk (made using our Chocolate Mylk Base)
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Vanilla protein yoghurt
  • Granola (topping)



Place the crushed Weetbix, chocolate almond milk, chocolate protein, sweetener and chia seeds in a container then mix well

Top with yoghurt and place in the fridge overnight

Add granola (optional) or your favourite toppings and enjoy!
