Snacks are life and when you’re following a keto diet, it’s good to have some keto friendly snacks up your sleeve. These no bake keto choc-mint balls are really easy to make. You can whip up a batch and keep them in the fridge to have on hand.

These choc-mint balls are gluten free, sugar free and keto friendly, and the best part? No bake! 10 minutes, tops is all it will take to make these.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 8 drops stevia liquid
  • 4 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tbsp nut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Steps

In a medium bowl add all ingredients and combine

Spoon out a tablespoons worth of mixture and roll into a ball and place onto a plate or container

Repeat for entire mixture and refrigerate to set
