Mocha Latte Overnight Oats

If you need an extra pep in your step, try our Mocha Latte Overnight Oats – the perfect way to kickstart your day!

There are so many reasons why we love overnight oats, not only is it full of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants, it’s also super easy and quick to prepare the night before, so you can wake up to a delicious breakfast with little to no effort.


  • 500ml water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 heaped tsp cacao powder
  • 1 heaped tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut sugar (depending how sweet you like it)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup plain coconut yoghurt (for the froth)
  • 1 tbsp reserved milk (for the froth)



Combine all ingredients except the oats into the blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

Place oats and made milk (leaving 1 tbsp for the froth) into a jar and pop into the fridge overnight.

In the morning, combine yoghurt and remaining tbs milk and stir to mix thoroughly, froth with milk frother and spoon on top of the prepared oats.

Finish with a dust of cacao on top and enjoy!
