Healthy Choc Hazelnut Sundae

Well, doesn’t this healthy choc hazelnut sundae look utterly delectable?!

It’s dairy free, refined sugar free, and super easy to make. Kids will be rapt with the taste, parents will be rapt that there’s nothing nasty in there. Everyone wins!

Bananas are the best for dairy free treats and desserts. The fibre content makes them quite filling; making them a great treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Choc Hazelnut Mylk Base
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Top with
  • 1/3 C melted chocolate
  • crushed hazelnuts
  • desiccated coconut

Steps

In the microwave or stove top, melt chocolate and set aside

In your blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until you have a thick, creamy consistency

Serve in a glass or bowl, drizzle chocolate and top with crushed hazelnuts and desiccated coconut
