Easy Vegan Banana Ice Cream

Ice cream that’s good for you?! Yep, you read right. This easy vegan banana ice cream recipe uses only a handful of ingredients. It’s high in protein, low in sugars, and 100% free from numbers and nasties. Neapolitan ice-cream eat your heart out!

This recipe is essentially a smoothie in ice cream form. It makes for a perfect breakfast, dessert or even an afternoon snack on a hot summers day!

This easy vegan banana ice cream recipe is dairy free, so a perfect alternative for vegans, or those who are lactose intolerant.

With the addition of protein, and only fruit as the sweetener, this will not cause a spike in insulin levels, therefore, supporting healthy blood sugar levels.


Your Base 
Strawberry Ice Cream 
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • Vanilla protein
Chocolate Ice Cream 
  • Chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tsp raw cacao
  • Chocolate chips/pieces
Salted Caramel Ice Cream 
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp mesquite
  • 1 date pitted and chopped (this can be added at the end once ingredients have blended)
  • Pinch salt



Choose a flavour

Combine all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth and creamy

Place in freezer for 3-4 hours

Serve and enjoy. Easy!
