We’re obsessed with all things oat flour, especially this double choc baked oat cake. Gone are the days of indulging with one giant cake, we’re all about single serve mug cake. Guilt-free and utterly delicious.
This double choc baked oat cake is a treat for breakfast or a super healthy treat. We love baking with oat flour because it gives the perfect moisture, texture and taste and it’s a nice break from wheat flour which can sometimes leave you feeling heavy, full and probably bloated.

Ingredients
- 1/4 banana mashed
- 1/4 C coconut yogurt
- 1/2 oat flour
- 1/3 C almond milk - made using Ulu Hye Almond Mylk Base
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp Pana mylk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Pana white chocolate chips
