Dairy free ice creams

Nothing like a refreshing dairy free ice cream on a hot summers day. Who agrees? Well, we are the biggest fans of nice cream. If quick and easy recipes are your jam – then this won’t disappoint. It’s strawberries and cream in ice cream form!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 C coconut yogurt - we love Coyo

Steps

In your blender, combine banana, strawberries, almond milk and vanilla extract and blend until you have a smooth, creamy consistency

Pour into ice-cream moulds and insert paddle pop sticks into ice cream and mould

Freeze for a minimum 3 hours

Line a plate with a silicon sheet or baking paper

Pour coconut yogurt into a bowl so that you can dip ice creams into

Dip ice creams and place onto lined tray and re freeze for a further hour

Then your ice creams are ready!
