Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

Out secret obsession is cinnamon scrolls. So, we thought we’d turn it into a breakfast with this cinnamon roll oatmeal recipe!

It’s super quick. Easy on your digestion, with all that warming spice and utterly delicious. We love turning dessert into breakfast.

This recipe takes us back to when we lived around the corner from each other and cinnamon scrolls was a weekly treat we’d share together. Creating this cinnamon roll oatmeal recipe brings us a warm nostalgic feeling of those days xx



  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon + extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract/powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (made using our Almond Mylk Base)
  • 1 tbsp plain cashew creme cheese (any organic grocer will have this)



In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except the cashew creme cheese on a medium to low heat and simmer until you have your desired consistency

Pour into a bowl and stir through the cashew creme

Sprinkle a little more cinnamon to serve
