How to make Ulu Hye's

Choc-peanut butter overnight oats

Chocolate peanut butter overnight oats. We’ve combined our favourite ingredients to make our favourite breakfast which is easy and super convenient.

We love overnight oats for a few reasons:
– one serve fits perfectly into an old Mylk base jar
– you can make it the night before, ready to go in the morning
– you can make basically any flavour overnight oats
– healthy breakfast but tastes like dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 clean, old Mylk Base jar to reuse
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • chocolate milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • choc-granola
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Dollop coconut yogurt

Steps

Place half a cup of oats and chocolate milk into your old Mylk Base Jar and pop in the fridge

In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, milk and cacao and set them aside for 10 minutes

Place choc chia blend on top of the oats in your jar and refrigerate over night or for at least 3 hours

When ready to eat, top with granola, peanut butter and coconut yogurt
