How to make Ulu Hye's

Breakfast Chocolate Parfait

This one’s for the chocolate lovers. Our Breakfast Chocolate Parfait featuring our Chocolate Mylk Base only takes 2 minutes to prepare before placing it in the fridge to set for 3 hours. The result? A creamy, delicious and guilt-free treat that’ll satisfy all of your sweet cravings – yum!


  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp of Chocolate Mylk Base
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or 1/3 cup rice malt syrup/agave
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: coconut yoghurt, muesli, shredded coconut and fresh fruit



Make your chocolate milk by adding the Chocolate Mylk Base and water to a blender, then blend for 1 minute on the highest setting.

Combine all ingredients and place in the fridge stirring every half an hour until it's a thick consistency (approx. 3 hours).

Once set, either use as is or blitz it in your blender until smooth.

Assemble your pudding/parfait using coconut yoghurt, muesli, shredded coconut and/or fresh fruit.
