How to make Ulu Hye's

Beautiful Bircher Bowl

We love this beautiful bircher bowl recipe because we are busy women! You whip some up, pop it in the fridge, then breakfast is ready for the next few days ahead.

It’s quick, easy, nutritious and super creamy as the oats soak up all the milk. This recipe makes around 4 serves


2 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp antioxidant super food powder (we used Mindful foods – Star Dust)
Small handful of frozen berries
Plant based Mylk (we used Nut Mylk Base)


  1. In a large container, add all of the ingredients except mylk into the container
  2. Pour mylk over ingredients covering everything really well (the oats will soak up the liquid so, more is better)
  3. Give everything a really good stir, then cover and refrigerate overnight
  4. Breakfast is now ready to serve. Spoon out desired amount and top with peanut butter, fresh fruit or anything you wish!
