How to make Ulu Hye's

Banana Bread Blender Donuts

Our 5-step Banana Bread Blender Donuts are so quick and easy to make in our Vitamix blender, we just know you’re going to love them. Taste-tested and approved with much enthusiasm by our toughest little critics, these baked banana donuts are fluffy, fuss-free and delicious. And the best part? They’re ready in just 15 minutes from start to finish!


  • 1 large banana or 2 small
  • 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp nut milk (made with our Nut Mylk Base)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt



Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Pour wet ingredients into blender.

Add dry ingredients and only blend to combine. It's important not to over blend as it'll change the structure of the flour.

Grease your donut pan and make sure you don't overfill.

Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown. You'll know when they're ready if they spring back when pressed!
